Workplace relations legislation

Commercial radio's industrial and employee relations practices and procedures are regulated by various laws and bodies.  Some key legislation affecting the industry can be found below:

Fair Work Act 2009

National Employment Standards

The National Employment Standards apply to all employees working in Commercial Radio and should be read in conjunction with any applicable Award.

Fair Work Information Statement
