Commercial Radio Australia is committed to developing resources for the commercial radio industry. Through this commitment Commercial Radio Australia offers and supports educational courses with commercial radio specific content. The courses Commercial Radio Australia offers and/or supports are suitable for a number of positions that exist in a commercial radio station.  Courses include those that develop sales and marketing skills and programming skills. There are courses that train in radio announcing and news colleciton and a course focused on developing copywriting skills. While success in commercial radio is based on performance and achievement, Commercial Radio Australia supported courses aim to give industry workers an edge.
