These terms govern your use of the Commercial Radio Australia website found at www.commercialradio.com.au (Website). The Website is operated by Commercial Radio Australia Ltd ACN 059 731 467 (referred to below as “CRA”, “we” or “us”) of Level 5, 88 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, NSW, Australia.
By accessing and using the Website, you will be taken to have agreed to these terms. Please note that we may, in our sole discretion, amend these terms from time to time. The terms include any other instructions on the Website.

CRA is the industry body for commercial radio broadcasting stations in Australia. We provide a wide range of services to our members including advocacy on most issues that affect the industry, Government relations, marketing, strategic development and education and training.
The Website is provided as a source of general information about the commercial radio industry in Australia and some of the activities undertaken by CRA on behalf of the industry. We may alter or remove this information at any time.
The information on the Website is not intended, and should not be taken, to be legal or professional advice. We endeavour to take care in producing or compiling this information, however we do not guarantee that it is accurate, current, comprehensive or free from errors or omissions. You should seek your own legal or professional advice before acting upon or relying on any of the information on the Website.

The Website and the material on the Website (including any logos, graphics, audio or audio-visual material) is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. Unless otherwise indicated, this material is the property of CRA.

The Website is operated from New South Wales, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and you and CRA submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to the Website and your use of the Website.
8. MEMBERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE
Types of Membership
Members of the Website are able to access and view additional material that is only available on restricted areas of the Website. There are two classes of membership to the Website: “Full membership” and “Associate membership”.
Full membership is limited to employees or officers of Australian commercial radio broadcasting stations that are also members of CRA. Full members are entitled to access all documents on the restricted sections of the Website.
Associate membership is open to people employed by or working in the general media or advertising industries (including advertising agencies) in Australia. Students at Australian tertiary institutions may be eligible for associate membership. Associate members are entitled to access only some of the materials on the restricted sections of the Website. We alone, in our sole discretion, will determine which materials on the restricted section of the Website can be accessed by Associate Members.
Only those people who meet the criteria for Full or Associate membership are eligible to become members of the Website.
The application process
Application for membership to the Website is free and via the Website. In the process of applying to become a member of the Website, you will be required to provide current information including your name, the company you work for, your email address at that company and phone number. You must complete that information truthfully and as accurately as possible. Before finalising the registration process, you will be asked to verify that information.
We will review your application details and advise you of the outcome by email using the email address you supplied with your application. The decision to grant or refuse membership to the Website is solely at CRA’s discretion.
User name and password
As part of the application process, you will be required to select a username and password. Your user name and password will enable you to access material only available on the restricted sections of the Website.
Your user name and password is for your personal use only and is not transferable.
You must use best endeavours to ensure that your user name and password remain confidential at all times. You will be entirely responsible for all activities that take place when the Website is accessed using your user name and password.
Cancellation of membership
Without limitation, we may cancel your membership under the following circumstances:
· upon request from you at any time;
· if you breach these terms; or
· when you cease to be an employee or work for the company you selected when you were accepted as a Member of the Website.
Notwithstanding the circumstances described above, CRA may (in its sole discretion) terminate your membership of the Website at anytime. If this happens to you, we will notify you.
