- Right to disconnect - 26 August 2024
- Casual employment (changes to casual employment definition) - 26 August 2024
- Family and domestic violence - employee protections - 15 December 2023
- Limitations of the use of fixed term employment - 6 December 2023
- Prohibition of sexual harassment and positive duty of care obligations - 6 March 2023
- Prohibitions on pay secrecy clauses - 7 March 2022
