Radio Training Courses Catalogue 2022

CRA has recently reviewed and updated information regarding the various tertiary courses available for the radio industry. Whilst the information is not exhaustive, it provides extensive details of most of the courses available to either people seeking to enter the industry or for existing staff seeking to enhance their skills.

Awards Review recent changes, as at July 2022

The 4 yearly awards review procees has drawn to a close. Below is a summary of the recent award changes effecting industry employment.

- Casuals conversion - common award clause - July 2020
- Changes to requests for flexible working arrangements - common award clause - Dec 2018
- Annualised wage arrangements - common award clause - Mar 2020
- Overtime for casuals - specific to each award - Nov 2020

Management Tools & Templates Available To Assist With Employment Matters

CRA has developed a number of resources designed to assist managers to effectively manage the range of complex employment matters that arise from time to time. Members can obtain information to assist them with performance counselling, dismissal decisions, safety and workplace investigations at the Employment Management Resource Tools.
